    I have a unit for sale in Villa Angsana which is 1108 sq ft with 3 units of air conditioners, water heater in 2 bathrooms and may arrange for fully furnished if required.       I own a 1,120 sf unit at Villa Angsana. It is on high floor with pool view. Newly renovated & fully repainted. Comes installed with aluminium grille + sliding glass windows at yard, lightings, full set of kitchen cabinet with glass hob & cooker hood, 4 units of aircond, 2 units of ceiling fan, 2 units of water heater.

    I have an unit for sale in Seri Gembira Jalan Ipoh with close to 1400 ft, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 units of air conditioners (2 Hitachi and 1 Mitsubishi new), water heater, renovated with plater ceiling & kitchen cabinet.     Hi, u still have any unit of condo (preferably freehold) for sales sumwhere near Dynasty Hotel? as i prefer wz the transportation availability area.

    I hv noticed sum condo i.e. Golden City Condo, Merana Megah, Megah Court, and Apartment Melur, Mawar at Bandar Baru Sentul.

    My budget range is below RM200K.

    Hi, unit available for sale at RM360K. Has good view of city. No sound and not in front of Duke highway. Garden view. B Block, family owned and quiet on level plus good neighbours all owners. Very muhibah with all races. Partially furnished with full length kitchen cabinets, built-in stove and oven, extra plug points, air-con in master bedroom, new wall paper in lounge and bedrooms, everything nice and new, bedroom wardrobe.
    Very community minded management. Gated and guarded – Security is excellent. Very good feng shui here. Fantastic ventilation from front door and balcony. Covered car park for owner near to lift.
