    hi Carmen,

    I’m interested in property investment in m’sia. A million dollar in singapore can only get a small condo as the current market is too hot now, but i believe that probably I can get a good bungalow in KL. Heard about kajang country height is a new development from some malaysian relative but not sure how true it is. could you please advise about this location? like is it very outcasted from city centre? what is the rent yield over there and whether a attractive place for rental.

    I have just recently purchased a residential suite (856sq ft @RM214,000) at Pelangi Damansara Sentral (near Ikea and The Curve). What are the investment prospects since it is a lease hold project? Do you personally think it is a wise choice? Appreciate your comments. Many thanks.

    Country Heights Kajang is not a new development as it is easily 10 years and above. But there are houses which are just built as well as adjacent projects which are new. It all depends on what exactly are you looking for. Hear from you soon.

    I interested at Marc KLCC, I guess that’s what they call it. 2 bedroom is preffered but don’t really mind going with a one bed room.
