    Dear Carmen,

Need your advise on the following matter:-

I have a double storey terrace house (end-lot unit, 24 x 80 sq. ft.) located in Taman Sri Pulai Perdana, Johor Bahru. I bought it from the developer at about RM333K.

Presently, my house is tenanted to this foreigner (a British guy) who is working in U.T.M. Skudai, Johor as a professor. The foreigner want to purchase my house and I had agreed to him to sell my house to selling price of RM333K.

Can you please advise me whether I am able to sell my double storey terrace house to this foreigner? I was made to understand that this transaction will need to get approval from the Johor Land Office. Will the State of Johor approve this sale transaction?

I am now very confused as to whether I can sell my property to foreigner in view that the selling price is more than RM250K.

I would really appreciate your soonest reply.
    Thanks, Carmen.
