Hi,

I am looking for exclusive KLCC one or two bed room apartment (approximately 500-800 sft) for immediate purchase. My preference is for apartments close to KLCC like the MARC Residences. Please let me know if you have any such property. Also, let me have the following information:

1. the floor;
2. The square footage;
3. furnished or unfurnished
4. Potential rental, and
5. the view from the apartment.

I have the 3 bedroom apartment at Marc Residences in Tower B (which has the KLCC view and is not blocked by One KL) available for either rental or sale. This apartment has TWO carpark lots. Anyone interested, please contact me. There are two pools, tennis court, childrens playground.

Hi Carmen,

I am looking for a apartment to rent for one or two years. I would like a room with two or three bedrooms. Is it possible to get a partly furnished room (with kitchen and equipment, washer and dryer, wardrobes)? I would like to bring some furniture to Malysia, so I don’t need a fully furnished apartment.
